A massive, dormant building in Detroit’s New Center inspired CCS President Rick Rogers with a new vision for the neighborhood. With financing from Capital Impact, he helped to create the new Taubman Center. This impactful addition has blossomed to include a top design center, a national brand, and a charter school for inner-city families.
As a child, Charles Range traveled for miles for basic medical care. That unfortunate experience ignited a passion for helping people in similar circumstances. Now, as CEO of the South of Market Health Center, he is transforming medical care and expanding access in one of San Francisco’s poorest neighborhoods.
