Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

Comprehensive National health care plans.

Vacation, Personal, and Sick Leave

Employees earn 15 days of vacation benefits and increase with duration of service, 10 days of sick and 3 days of personal leave per year.

Paid Holidays and Additional Time Off

Employees receive 12 paid holidays; early pre-holiday office closures throughout the year and Summer Fridays 

Retirement and Pension

A multi-fund 401(k) retirement plan that includes employer matching based on certain contribution levels. In addition, qualifying employees are eligible to receive an additional retirement benefit fully funded by Momentus Capital.

HSA and FSA Accounts

Tax-reduction opportunities through Health Spending Accounts (HSA), Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.

Employer-paid Insurance Coverage

A variety of employer-paid policies including: Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment (ADD); Short-Term Disability; Long-Term Disability; Work-related injuries and travel accidents; and employee assistance and counseling (EAP). Additional voluntary Life and AD&D, and Supplemental Personal Protection insurance available.

Tuition Reimbursement

Tuition reimbursement program designed to help employees learn new skills or improve existing ones to support career growth.

Employee Stipend

Up to $150 per month (taxable) to cover employment related expenses such as office supplies for their home office, parking, public transportation, internet, company-related phone charges on personal cell phones, fitness reimbursement, etc.
