    Capital Impact Partners was among those providing funding to help buildings be substantially rehabilitated under the Affordable Neighborhood Cooperative Program, which selects qualified developers to rehabilitate distressed New York City-owned and occupied multifamily properties, to create affordable cooperatives for households living with low- and moderate incomes.
